Outside help for inside lists
Outbound Partners works the list nobody worked.
Somewhere in your company is a list of accounts you agreed were worth winning. Nobody owns it. Nobody writes to it. We take that list, build the channels to reach it, run them until they turn into pipeline, then hand you everything we built.
The list
You already know who you want. Nobody is talking to them.
Most established companies grew the honest way. Referrals from people who trust them. Handshakes at trade shows. A reputation that travels inside an industry. That is a network, and it is worth a lot. It is also not a system you can turn up when you need more.
So the list appears. A planning session names the accounts that would change the year. A show produces a stack of badge scans. The CRM fills with contacts somebody meant to follow up. Then the quarter gets busy, the sellers chase what is already warm, and the list sits.
We think that list is the most underrated asset a mid-market company owns. The thinking is done. The targets are chosen. What is missing is a partner whose whole job is to reach them, properly, one person at a time.
The doors
There are four ways to reach a buyer who has never heard of you. Most companies keep one open.
Outbound
You go to them. Researched, personal outreach to named people on your list, written for one reader at a time.
Content
They find you. Writing, video and a site that answers the questions buyers ask before they ever call.
Referrals
Someone vouches for you. The door you already use, and the one you cannot schedule.
Paid
You rent attention. Useful when the rest is built, expensive when it is all you have.
The work
What a partner does that a vendor does not.
We build the doors you never opened, walk through them with you, and leave you holding the keys.
We read the list with you
We start from the accounts you already chose and the buyers inside them. We agree a baseline up front, so everything after it is measured against something real.
We write to people, not segments
Every message is researched and written for one real person, then reviewed by a human before it goes. Contact is consent based. If someone asks us to stop, we stop.
We make you easy to check
Buyers look you up before they reply. We build the authority around the outreach: PR, video, and a site that answers their questions. We also work on search, so when a buyer asks an AI assistant for a shortlist, your name is on it.
We run it, then we hand it over
We staff and run the channels until they produce pipeline. Then you get all of it: the playbook, the data, the sequences, and your own people trained to keep it going.
Where we draw lines
Things we will not do to your list.
- Buy a bigger list and pretend it is the same one.
- Send the same words to everyone and call it personal.
- Keep the playbook to ourselves so you have to keep paying us.
- Show you activity and call it progress.

Before anything else, we read your map.
The Reachable Buyer Map is a short, honest read of where you stand. Which of the four doors you run today, which sit closed, and where an engine would fit around the list you already have. It is free. There is no deck and no obligation, and you keep it either way.
